Payment Methods
To enable Children's HealthCare to keep fees down by avoiding the costs associated with billing, payment in full is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We will submit covered services to participating insurance carriers. Copies of medical records will be provided for a minimal fee.

Medical Records
A medical record can be legally transferred by the patient, guardian, or legal representative of the patient. The transfer is authorized in writing only. Please complete the form available below and fax it to our office at 610-366-7886. Our office staff will call you with information regarding your request for medical records and any fees associated with the request.
