Payment Methods
To enable Children's HealthCare to keep fees down by avoiding the costs associated with billing, payment in full is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Accepted Insurances
We will submit covered services to participating insurance carriers. Copies of medical records will be provided for a minimal fee.

A medical record can be legally transferred by the patient, guardian, or legal representative of the patient. The transfer is authorized in writing only. Please contact our office with any medical record requests and we will be happy to assist you in with the process.
